The Rock Out Racing Pit Crew: When you watch a rockcrawling or rock racing event in person, on television, or see it in a magazine you mainly see the driver, spotter, and vehicle of each team. However, it takes more than just two people and a vehicle to make a successful rock motorsports team.
Rock Out Racing consists of many friends which are also an intergral part of the team as our "pit crew." If it was not for the valuable efforts of our crew, none of the competitions would be possible. Also, new for this year, Team Rock Out Racing has an official "crew chief" for the 2008 season. Jesse Pass, co-owner of MIG Offroad in Lexington, KY is the main man that will be taking care of the new racer for the 2008 season. Most maintenance is done by Steve Cook and Jesse Pass at MIG Offroad when not out competing and trailriding. |

Driver: Kim Sears - This is Kim's fifth season as a rock motorsports competitor in the east. She started out 5 years ago competing in Droopy's Jeep in the Stock class in the NEUROC series. From there, she teamed with her husband to form Rock Out Racing and compete in the Modified class in W.E. Rock and UROC. In 2007, she tried her hand at XRRA. After learning the differences between crawling and racing, Kim had a dedicated rock racer built . Kim is driving in 2008 in the XRRA East series looking for a good year in a new Jimmy's 4x4 buggy. |

Spotter: Nathaniel "Droopy" Sears - This is Nathaniel's fifth season as competitor also. He started out 5 years ago spotting for a Super Modified/Unlimited rig in the UROC series. Since then, he has spotted for his wife with Team Rock Out in W.E. Rock and UROC. New for this year he is the co-driver for the new Jimmy's 4x4 rock racer in the XRRA East series. |
